Coldstream is refunding nearly $30,000 in sewer charges to Coldstream Meadows. Following an in-camera discussion Monday, council
agreed to issue a credit of $29,109.51 to the Mackie Drive retirement
complex, including applicable interest, for sewer related adjustments. The adjustments date back to 2011, 2010, 2009 and the fourth quarter of 2008.
