A million dollar lottery ticket sold in Vernon Friday has now been claimed. The lucky winners of the Maxmillion prize are Ron and Donna Ritchie. Ron, 59, is a City of Vernon employee while Donna, 55, is a now former Morning Star employee. The couple collected their winnings Tuesday, after letting the good news sink in. "I'm freaking out," said Donna. "I haven't slept."
