A two term member of Coldstream council is calling it quits. Mario Besso says she's enjoyed her six years as a councillor, but won't seek re-election, as it's time to move onto other things. "I am announcing it now so that perhaps other candidates could be encouraged to run in the election, as you know the deadline to submit papers is Friday October 10, and I hope many good candidates will come forward," says Besso
