Bylaw 2672 – Greater Vernon Water Rates Imposition − Staff report dated February 24, 2015 RECOMMENDATION 3 Page 5 That it be recommended to the Board of Directors, Greater Vernon Water Rates Imposition Bylaw No. 2672, 2015 be given First, Second and Third Readings; and further, That Greater Vernon Water Rates Imposition Bylaw No. 2672, 2015 be Adopted.

At the above Link are the staff recommended changes to water rates that will bring in an additional 2% in revenue from the water rates customers. Note that on p.32 of 46 the Unmetered Fire Main Rates have been revised downwards to a proposed $50 per quarter regardless of size. (From $560 annually for a 150 mm) 

Most other rates are proposed to be raised 2%.

The year over year comparison of actual 2014 rates and proposed 2015 rates (Effective April 2015) can be found at pages 30-34.

This is the staff proposal. What the actual changes will be are the subject of debate at this meeting.
