PETALUMA, Calif. (June 23) - Elwood, a 2-year-old Chinese Crested and Chihuahua mix, was crowned the world's ugliest dog Friday, a distinction that delighted the New Jersey mutt's owners.
The best-known "ugliest dog" was Sam, a pedigreed Chinese Crested pooch who won the title three years in a row, from 2003-2005.
