OPTION A – OPEN LEASE OF EQUIPMENT
It is the City of Vernon’s intent to purchase some or all of the leased equipment upon completion of the 36 month term. Monthly rental rates shall be based on a (3) month lease payment residual buyout per piece of equipment. Any administration, setup, documentation fees, delivery fees shall be included in the overall lease price of the equipment.
There shall be no hidden costs over and above the monthly lease rate.
