There's still no sign of the 51 stolen Vernon bunnies. Maurie Deaton with Vernon Rabbit Rescue says whoever stole them wrongly believed they were being mistreated. "They were all waiting for new families, hoping to have new homes and a new life. They were happy where they were." Rabbit Rescue is holding a rally Friday to let the bunny thieves know they still are looking for them and want them back. It goes at 12:30pm in front of City hall.
