CBC News: The annual summer retreat of the Liberal caucus that is in Nova Scotia this week is an opportunity to bring national attention to local issues, say two Cape Breton MPs. The national meeting of senators and members of Parliament begins Monday in Baddeck, and will set the Liberal agenda for the fall session of Parliament.
