The Allan Brooks Nature Centre is getting a ten-thousand dollar grant from the City of Vernon. However councillor Bob Spiers wanted it made clear it was a one-of grant. He told council yesterday (Monday) that the nature centre was a ``regional matter'' which should get funding from the North Okanagan Regional District. The District no longer has a grant function but Spiers said that should be rectified
