The District of West Kelowna launched its Annual Budget and Services Survey, also known as the Citizens' Survey, on October 20, 2010.  One thousand surveys have been mailed to randomly selected West Kelowna taxpayers.  The District also invites all interested residents to complete and return a survey.  Download the Citizen's Survey
Surveys can also be picked up at Municipal Hall, 2760 Cameron Road.  Completed surveys are to be returned by Friday, November 12, 2010. The completed surveys returned from this mail-out will make up the statistically accurate results that will help Mayor and Council make decisions for the 2011-2015 Financial Plan.

As in the past two years, the survey will be accomplished using District staff and supplies. Similar surveys can cost many thousands of dollars.
