A man was very lucky after putting a car over a 100 meter bank in Kal Lake Park yesterday. RCMP say it happened about 20 to six on Cosens Bay Road and brought out a full complement of emergency crews. Fortunately the man was located by a hiker and the pair were able to walk to rescue crews who took him to hospital with minor injuries.

Oh no, it must have been the road's fault. Or could something else be the cause of the crash? Like I have mentioned before: 90% driver's fault, 5% vehicle's fault, 5 % road's fault. In essence: 95% can be controlled by the driver.
I'm sure this will be milked to the max by those who proclaim the road unsafe.
